  • Classes are beginner friendly; All YH classes have expert led instructors who adapt and modify every pose for all skill levels. If you see a class that interests you, take it!

  • YES! Yoga is not about the flexibility in the body but the flexibility of the mind. All you have to do is show up!

  • We encourage you to pre -book your class through the Mindbody

  • We offer both heated and non - heated classes.
