How We Heat Our Mission Studio

Our Mission studio is intentionally heated to create a supportive, energizing environment for hot yoga and hot Pilates—without the heavy, stuffy feel many people associate with heated classes.

We use a three-part heating system that works together to deliver consistent, breathable warmth:

Heat

    Infrared Heat

    Infrared heaters warm your body directly rather than just heating the air. The result is a gentle, sun-like heat that helps muscles warm up faster.

    Forced Air Heating

    This ensures even temperature distribution throughout the room, so there are no cold corners or overheated zones.
