    Yin Yoga (Non-Heated)

    Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time.

    Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.

    Yin Yang Yoga (Non-Heated)

    Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. You will learn about stillness in movement, and the flow of stillness. The first part of the class starts with Yin calming the mind and working on the body's connective tissues and joints before the muscles are warm. The second part of the class is Yang works on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina, and flexibility – like a Vinyasa Flow, and ending with a body scan Savasana.
