Getting Started

  • Anywhere that feels exciting to you! All of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors are trained to offer modifications for every body and every experience level. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to recommend a class based on your goals.

  •  Yes—our Hot Yoga Basics and foundational yoga/Pilates classes are perfect for beginners. And truly, you don’t need to “keep up.” Just show up, breathe, and move at your own pace. We’re here to support you.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is something you build over time—not something you need on day one. Come as you are.

  •  A water bottle, yoga mat, and towel. If you forget something, we offer mat rentals and sell bottled water at the studio.

Classes & Studio Experience

  • No. We offer a mix of heated and non-heated classes so you can choose what feels best for your body that day.

  • Our hot classes use infrared heat, which warms your body directly (think sunshine-like warmth), helping muscles warm up safely and creating a more comfortable hot-room experience.

  • We offer Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre, and a variety of non-heated fitness and yoga classes. There’s something for every energy level, every schedule, and every experience level.

  • Most hot classes range from 90–105°F, depending on the format. Infrared heat feels gentler and less stuffy than traditional hot yoga systems.

  •  Most classes are taught in English, but we do offer Spanish-led classes as well. Check the schedule for details.

Booking & Studio Policies

  • We recommend it! Reserving your spot through the Mindbody app, our website, or by calling us ensures you get into the class you want.

  •  Give us a quick call so we can hold your spot. If you don’t check in, we’ll release the spot to someone on the waitlist once class begins.

  •  Please cancel at least 4 hours before class through the Mindbody app or by calling the studio. This helps us offer your space to another student.

  •  Yes! We offer new-student options that make it easy to explore different class styles. Visit our Pricing page for current intro offers.

  •  Not at all. Many students start with little to no experience. We’ll help you build strength, confidence, and comfort one class at a time.

  •  If you want guidance, just ask—we love helping people find their perfect first class. Hot Yoga Basics is always a great place to begin.

  •  We combine infrared heat, expert instructors, a warm community, and a wide mix of yoga and fitness classes—all designed to help you feel your best. Whether you love the challenge of a hot class or prefer something non-heated, you’ll always find a class that feels right for you.

Studio Amenities & Practical Info

  • Restroom/ changing rooms are available at all locations. We do not have showering facilities.

  • Yes, free parking is available at all studio locations!

  • Yes! Private lessons are offered and are based on the instructor and the studio availability. Contact us for more info.
